Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping!  If you don't see your country listed for shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll gladly assist you!

  • All orders are shipped from the UK.

  • Once your order has been dispatched keep an eye on your inbox! We'll send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

  • All orders are shipped within 1 - 3 days. Once your order is shipped, it will take between 2-10 days to arrive. Orders from the UK are usually delivered within 1 to 2 days. 

  • The shipping cost is determined by the delivery location and the weight of your order. You don't need to worry about calculating it yourself – we'll do that for you automatically during checkout.

  • If you happened to miss the delivery of your order, no worries! Just give the courier a shout, and they'll help arrange a new delivery that fits your schedule. If the package ends up coming back to us because of a little mix-up like a wrong address or missed attempts, don't sweat it. We'll gladly issue you a refund once we get the package back, minus the return costs, of course. Want us to try delivering it again instead? Sure thing! Just keep in mind, we'll have to charge you for shipping again.

Orders

  • We accept American Express,Visa, Mastercard, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

  • If your order hasn't left our warehouse yet we can cancel it and get you send you a refund. But if it's already on its way to you, you'll need to accept the delivery and then start the return process. Quick heads up: this policy only applies to items that are currently in stock. Unfortunately, our made-to-order rugs can't be cancelled once they're in production. Got any questions or concerns? Feel free to reach out – we're here to help!

  • If you would like to return and item for a refund. Get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll walk you through the process step by step. To qualify for a return, make sure the item(s) are still brand new, unused, and with all the hangtags still attached. Please send them back exactly as you received them.

    Now, here's the scoop on return costs: you'll be responsible for covering shipping, duties, and taxes, and unfortunately, we can't refund the shipping fees from your original order.

    Remember, it's your responsibility to make sure the item(s) get back to our warehouse safely. Hang on to your receipt until you get your refund – just in case.

    Keep in mind, these rules only apply to our in-stock products. Our made-to-order rugs can't be refunded or exchanged. Also items purchased during a sale can only be swapped for store credit.

  • Yes! We totally get it – every space has its own vibe! That's why we're all about offering custom sizes and colours for all our rug designs. Also - if you have your own design, let us know and we will see what we can do! Let us bring your dream rug to life! Just fill out this form, and we'll make it happen.

  • If your order is being shipped outside of the UK, there might be some customs fees or charges to pay that aren't included in our shipping costs. As the buyer it is your responsibility to handle any import-related costs. Thanks for understanding!
