Upon arrival, your rug will be rolled and may feel cold. Simply shake it out gently to loosen up the fibres. Allow the rug to lay flat for 24 hours to completely flatten. During the initial two weeks, expect some light natural shedding, which is typical for rugs.

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and heat sources to prevent fading and damage.Harsh chemicals, bleach, and strong cleaning agents can damage the fibres of the rug. Address any spills immediately by blotting with a damp cloth or paper towel.

Cleaning Your Rug:
For regular maintenance, vacuum the rug on a high pile setting. In case of spills, promptly blot the affected area with a damp cloth or paper towel. The use of water helps dilute any spills or dirt marks.
