Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. This will enable you to check the progress of your package. We entrust our couriers to deliver your package on time. We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather problems, holidays, natural disasters, strikes or carrier delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable parcels and additional charges may apply if a delivery is returned to the shipper. We are not held responsible for any customs fees in your country, holding times or incorrect shipping information provided. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are he sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, you will be immediately notified and refunded the full amount including shipping charges. In the event that we manufacture product to fulfil your order, your order could face a delay of up to 20 days. We cannot offer refunds on the grounds of this delay.
